Not all repositories are listed when managing the repositories

      1. Login as admin
      2. Enable Equella repository with user and course level enabled
      3. Add a system instance of Equella
      4. Confirm it appears in the list of instances
      5. Go to a course and add an Equella instance
      6. Confirm it appears in the list of instances
      7. Go to your repositories and add an Equella instance
      8. Confirm it appears in the list of instances
      9. Repeat the test with WebDAV
      1. Go to your privates files
      2. Confirm you see the System and User instance when adding a file (of WebDAV and Equella)
      3. Add a File resource to a course page
      4. Confirm you see the System, Course and User instance in the file picker (of WebDAV and Equella)

      Some repositories are not displayed, this is due to a default parameter returning only the repositories of a certain type. This should not be filtered on those pages.
