1. Add a Folder resource to any course
2. Add a sub folder(s) and a file(s) to it
3. Switch language to Hebrew (or any RTL languages: Arabic, Farsi...)
4. Make sure navigation tree structure lines are pointing to the left for each file and sub folder in the navigation tree. (see 2nd thumbnail for fixed UI)

When opening a Folder resource that has sub folders and a list of files, navigation tree structure lines should be pointing to the left in RTL mode.
