Update theme/bootstrap/style/generated.css after ALL changes have been made to Bootstrap theme

Unless I am mistaken, adding fixes to the various .less files in theme/bootstrap/less/moodle/ will at some point cause conflicts, or worse, lose important css fixes, when they are being compile after each separate commit during integration.

This Improvement is more to make sure that at the end of Integration, that bootstrap/less/moodle.less is compiled to generate an update of bootstrap/style/generated.css

Does this make sense, or am I worrying unduly?
