Create a Moodle User Dashboard by adding Grades & Feedback to the user course Profile views

As well as an improvement for the student & teacher, I think this could be particularly useful for those providing very personalised support to a student for example the Personal Tutor, Parent & Learning Support staff (e.g those who benefit from high capability Teacher like Moodle roles assigned relative to the user @ /admin/roles/assign.php?contextid=lmnopq&userid=xyz&courseid=abc).

This improvement could be achieved principally by including Grades & Feedback data displayed on the following pages within the "View profile" (/user/view) pages.

Grades: User report
/grade/report/user/index.php?id=abc2&userid=xyz (grades & feedback)

Grades: Overview report
/grade/report/overview/index.php?id=abc (only grades)
