      Description

The My Courses sub category in the Navigation block shares a URL with the My Home link (example.moodle.com/my/).

The main reason I want to fix this is because the My Courses one is both a link and a javascript expander to reveal the list of courses. Changing it into being just and expander would bring it into line with the two expanders directly above it (Site Pages and My Profile) and the sub-categories below those heading.

It will change it from being like it's sub headings which, if you have the settings so that they can expand, will always (except in the cases of course badges, the first topic in a course, user forum posts, user blogs) be both links and expanders.

But it also fixes an issue where both of these links (because they share a url) get highlighted as being the current page ("active_tree_node") at the same time.
