Add functionality to duplicate many courses at once (archiving).

      This interface should also cope with rollover procedures (eg what you do at the end of every year) which is a function sorely missing from Moodle.

      At the very least it would be helpful to be able to bulk-copy a category or a multi-selection with/without user data, which would save people a lot of backup/restore hassle.

      This would be useful for, to example, copy all the 2012 courses to a new 2013 category without user data so that they could be used again. Then the 2012 category can be either left as a record or hidden from users.
