      grrr, small issue long testing instructions:

      Test 1

      1. Create a course category with 5+ subcategories and 5+ courses
      2. Set "Courses per page" to 4
      3. Browse category, make sure "View more" links appear for both subcategories and courses
      4. Click "View more" for subcategories, make sure that courses are no longer displayed (there is a link instead)
      5. Go back to category, click "View more" for courses, make sure that subcategories are no longer displayed

      Test 2

      1. Set "course summary files limit" to more than one
      2. Set "course summary files extensions" to include non-image files as well
      3. Create a course and add both images and non-image files
      4. Make sure that regardless of alphabetical sorting the image files are displayed first on frontpage (! note, they are still displayed alphabetically in filepicker)

      While working on themes for new course listings I found several bugs:

      1. When category has a lot of subcategories and courses and user clicks "view more" for categories, the courses are still displayed
      2. Course summary non-image files may appear above course summary image files, and they don't have an icon with the filetype
