Rename 'bootstrap' theme to 'bootstrapbase'

      Go to "Site administration" -> "Plugins" => "Plugins overview"
      Verify that "Bootstrap Base" is listed as a standard theme.

      Change the theme to "clean"
      Browse around the site and verify that the "clean" theme looks the same as it did before this patch was installed. Open the developer console and verify there are no missing resources or javascript errors.

      Add a custom menu to the site navigation (custommenuitems - just copy the example text).
      Verify that the custom menu works with the clean theme.
