In chrome using the "clean" theme, resizing the browser window to a narrow width causes the layout to change correctly. Resizing the window back to the normal size does not change the layout back. Once the window has been resized the first time, that tab is stuck at the small size and the only way to fix it is to open a new tab and enter the same URL. (Will post screenshot).
