Coursecat cache is not cleared when course is hidden

      To reproduce:

      1. Create a course
      2. Make sure course is displayed on frontpage for guest
      3. As admin/teacher edit course and set "Visible" to "Hide"
      4. If guest views the frontpage within 10 minutes (cache lifetime) he will still see the course
