Students cannot see comments made by instructors in Blind Marking Submissions

      1. Use an existing course (or create one).
      2. Set up at least two groups and divide your students up into them.
      3. Add teachers to the groups.
      4. Create an assignment and set Blind marking to yes (Grade - Blind marking).
      5. Log in as a student and go to the assignment summary page.
      6. Add a comment in the Submission comments section.
      7. Check that the comment comes up with the user picture and posters name.
      8. Log in as a teacher.
      9. Click the 'View all submissions' button and look for the comment from one of the students.
      10. The picture of the student should not be a picture of the student. The name should be changed to Participant {number}

      11. Add a comment.
      12. The teacher should see their own picture and name.
      13. Log back in as the original student.
      14. Go to the assignment summary page and view the comments.
      15. The student should be able to see the teachers details such as picture and full name.
      16. Create a new assignment.
      17. Set 'Group submission settings - Students submit in groups' to 'yes', 'Grade - Blind marking' to 'yes', 'Common module settings - Group mode' to 'Separate groups'.
      18. Log in as a student and go to the assignment summary page.
      19. Add a comment, and check that you can see your own details.
      20. Log in as the teacher in that group, go to the assignment, and click the 'View all submissions' button.
      21. View the comments for the group. Check that you can not see the participants name or picture.
      22. Make a comment.
      23. Log in as a different student in the same group.
      24. Go to the assignment summary page and check the comments.
      25. You should be able to see the details of both the other student and the teacher.
      26. Add a comment. You should be able to see your own details.
      27. Log in as the admin and go to each of the assignments.
      28. View the comments made by the students and teachers.
      29. The admin should be able to see the pictures and names of the participants. The name format should be something like Participant 7 (Firstname Lastname).

      When MDL-39173 was integrated, some of the supplied code was modified which causes students to no longer see the identity of commenters that have grading capabilities (i.e. instructors). Graders should only see the identities of themselves and other graders, but not the student. Students should see the identities of themselves and any graders.
