Agreement on the push notification use case

The push notification project needs to be validated: http://docs.moodle.org/dev/Moodle_Mobile_Push_Notifications

The minimum persons I think should give their agreements are:

• Dongsheng (who's responsible for Airnotifier server)
• Juan (who's responsible for the all push notification project)
• Matt (who's responsible for the health of the Moodle HQ server)
• Martin (policy agreement + project decisional)

Just for info, the persons working on the implementation:

• Dongsheng (Airnotifier)
• Juan (Mobile + Moodle output provider + local_hub)
• Matt (Airnotifier installation on HQ servers)
