On the front page, using any theme, you should see the new Moodle logo in the footer

Now that Moodle has a new logo (moodle.com, moodle.net and soon moodle.org), we should use the same in core.

On the front page (100x30)
The favicon in standard theme
- Should we make a copy from theme/clean/pix/favicon.ico?
- Is the standard for favicon a 16x16 .ico file? I've read that .ico could be .png renamed.

Idea: Place the favicon in pix/ to have a default favicon for all the themes.
