Activity names are missing when displayed vertically (using SVG) on RTL mode in course "Activity completion" report (theme/standard)

      • Add users to a course
      • Add Activities (or Resources)
      • Turn Course activity completion on (Course settings)
      • Set what Activities to track progress for on Administration > Course Completion > Condition: Activity completion
      • Navigate to Administration > Reports > Activity completion
      • Switch to RTL (try the Hebrew languages) mode and make sure Hebrew Activity labels display vertically in full (not hidden!)

      Activity and Resource names are missing when displayed vertically (using SVG) on RTL mode in course "Activity completion" report (theme/standard) on latest stable Chrome (26) browser.

      Works fine on latest stable Firefox browser.

      When switching to LTR (English UI) the Hebrew names of the activities are displayed correctly (see attached 2nd screen capture)
