Set Language to Hebrew (or any other RTL language)

Navigate into "Course administration > users > enrolled users"

Click the "+" symbol to add a new role to any user on the list.

Make sure the "Add role" dialog shows clearly under the "+" button and that its width is not much wider then the list of roles in the dialog.

If you go to the course enrol user page and click one of the add role button for user the dialog extends off the screen. See screenshots.
