Gradebook Categories and Items (Simple) screen is oddly proportioned when using Clean

      1. Select clean theme
      2. Go to Gradebook and select simple view
      3. Make sure you don't see any huge empty space before the table display and text boxes are optimally sized.
      4. Go to gradebook full view and make sure text boxes are optimally sized and page looks fine.

      See screenshot. Hopefully this can be resolved as part of a more general solution.

      If my vision is sufficiently weak that I need a page title that large then I won't be able to read the grade item names or pick out the individual action icons.
