      Purge all Caches

      Test 1:

      1. Create/access glossary activity in a course.
      2. Make sure there's an entry for glossary.
      3. Click on 'Printer friendly' link.
      4. Click on 'print' link.
        Make sure system's print window should automatically appears to print the page.

      Test 2:

      1. Create/access wiki activity in a course
      2. Click on "Printer friendly' link.
      3. On popup window, click on 'print' link.
        Make sure system's print window should automatically appears to print the page.

      Note: on popup window, the set_url() error has been reported on MDL-40295.

      Test 3:
      Run behat tests with tags @mod_glossary and @mod_wiki

      Description

      Would be great if it auto-triggered the print function of the browser, and if the icon was a little nicer, and maybe had some text beside it to explain it better.
