Fix button alignment for form button on view badge page

      1. Select the 'Clean' theme.
      2. Login and go to Home -> My Profile -> My Badges.
      3. Observe the misalignment of the 'Search' and 'Clear' buttons.
      4. Apply the patch and perform a 'Purge all caches'.
      5. Go to Home -> My Profile -> Badges.
      6. Observe the alignment of the 'Search' and 'Clear' buttons.
