Allow uploads/attachments of files to an assignment for students to use

      • Go to an empty course. Create a new assignment.
      • Enter an assignment title and description.
      • Verify: Below the description field, there is a file upload area labelled "Additional files".
      • Upload a file into the file upload area.
      • Click "Save and display".
      • Verify: Next screen show the assignment title and the uploaded file (in a box below).
      • Click "Assignment administration -> Edit settings".
      • Verify: File upload box is populated with one file.
      • Remove the file from the upload box (click on it, then click "Delete").
      • Click "Save and display".
      • Verify: Next screen show the assignment title and a description, but no uploaded file.

      When creating assignments, it would be hugely helpful to be able to drag and drop a number of files into the assignment as resources for the students to use when completing the assignment. Students would see the resources as links at the bottom of the assignment description when reading the task (or similar layout).
