$testedbrowsers used to be a way to say brower x of version y is supported.

By the looks of the code, we don't actually respect those properties (see course_format_ajax_support)

Now for 2.6.. we shouldn't support it, I want to get rid of browser sniffing. but for <2.6 we might want to add it (depends how long its been broken).
