A current workaround is to create a custom rating field. But users rarely bother to rate posts/answers. But if it was just pressing an "^" or "v" button, they'd totally do it.

Description

Include the ability to vote for a quality question or an answer / forum reply and sort answers according to vote ups received. Also, give extra grade for the person who gets maximum vote ups for their question/answer.
