Files lost from essays when doing each attempt builds on last

      1. Create a quiz with Each attempt built on last set, and allowing multiple attempts.

      2. Add an essay question, where the student may upload files, to the quiz.

      3. Attempt the quiz twice as a student, ensuring that that responses from the first attempt, inluding the uploaded files, are used to populate the second attempt.

      This is related to MDL-34640 and MDL-39978, but I think it has never worked. Clearly it should.
