      Hopefully in the next release, it will be very helpful if lib/tcpdf preferably is upgraded to the latest version ( http://sourceforge.net/projects/tcpdf/files/ ) .
      The Current version of TCPDF included in Moodle lacks the Japanese (and other languages') font description, which leads to a problem such as corrupted Japanese characters written in Certificate sheet or something.
      At least, would you add one file lib/tcpdf/fonts/kozgopromedium.php that is included in the latest version of TCPDF? That will be a great help.
