    Description

      It would be nice to be able to set create default user profile preferences through the GUI rather than having to modify the editlib.php file.

      Items like:

      Email display
      Email format
      Email digest type
      Forum auto-subscribe
      Forum tracking
      When editing text
      City/town
      Select a country
      Timezone
      Preferred language

      would be nice to be included.
