      1. Everything should look the same. In particular the grade book, the quiz and blocks.
      2. Double check the #page-mod-quiz-edit .questionbankwindow select#catmenu_jump looks okay as it's the only CSS that isn't limited to ie6 browsers via the .ie6 selector (but is targetted to IE6 and old Opera version according to the comment)
      3. The other stuff should logically not affect any browser that doesn't have the .ie6 class appended, so looking at the CSS and spotting anything that makes you think that isn't true is probably the best way to "test" this.
