Decimal marks are rounded up when using the Marking Guide advanced grading type

      If a student is given a mark such as 32.5 for a marking criterion, the mark is rounded up to 33 when shown as a grade in the submissions page.

      The mark is correctly represented as the score in the gradingform_guide_fillings table but is incorrectly represented in the assign_grades table.
