If a row in the CSV file for flatfile looks like:

del, student, , CA123

(the idnumber is left empty)

flatfile cannot process this unenrollment of course – but it still does. Instead of showing an error message, it just takes a random user in this course which does not have his/her idnumber set and unenroll this user.
