Course Categories on the My Home Page

      1. As admin change setting for plugin "Block course overview" to indicate whether the category name should be displayed.
      2. As student, Make sure that courses on "My home" page have category name
      3. Test again with course in nested categories
      4. Test again with visible course inside hidden category

      Reported by a user at the mootau13: The "My Home" page only shows courses, it would be nice to allow course categories to be shown too.
