Add an additional setting for a configurable private fullname display

      Upgrade

      1. Upgrade the system.
      2. Edit some users to make sure that they have details in the additional name fields (firstname phonetic, middle name etc.).
      3. Go to [Site administration ► Users ► Accounts ► Browse list of users] and check that all of the names of the users are shown.
      4. Go to [Site administration ► Users ► Permissions ► User policies] and change the order of the 'Alternative full name format' placeholders.
      5. Go back to [Site administration ► Users ► Accounts ► Browse list of users] and check that the order has actually changed.

      Fresh install

      1. Create a fresh install and repeat the above steps from two onwards. Check for errors relating to the display of user names.

      A second option that allowed for teachers and admin to configure the students display name as it does for fullnamedisplay could be very useful.
