    Description

e.g. Creating a new table for a local plugin subplugin, will prefix the table
with the local plugin type - not the sub plugin type.

So for local plugin 'local_abc' with subplugins 'def' and the first subplugin 'def_hij', the table name default prefix will be 'local_abc' and not 'def_hij'.
