      1. Run phpunit lib/tests/accesslib_test.php
      2. grep get_contextlevel_name() and make sure it is not used in core.
      3. Create an unsupported role, such as course creator in activity or course, or teacher in the user context.
      4. Go to [Site administration ► Users ► Permissions ► Unsupported role assignments] and check that no errors are shown.
