Improve $CFG->admin docs in config-dist.php

      1. Install Moodle 2.6
      2. Change change $CFG->admin to 'admin2'
      3. Move /admin/ to /admin2/

      Admin plugins disppaer from the navigation (i'm sure there are more problems)
