      1. Change mode to RTL (select Hebrew language)
      2. Change theme to "Formal White"
      3. Go into a course (which includes activities and resources)
      4. Turn editing ON
      5. Validate that the commands (action) icons display to the left of the activity's name (as seen on the second attached screen capture)
