Upload users via text file should include the optional user field 'disable notifications'

      1. Navigate to Users > Accounts > Upload Users
      2. Upload Users (MDL-40669).csv and press Upload users
      3. Confirm emailstop column present under Upload users preview
      4. Press Upload users

      Test emailstop field w/ default value

      1. Navigate to Users > Accounts > Upload Users
      2. Upload Users (MDL-40669) 2.csv and press Upload users
      3. Confirm emailstop column not present under Upload users preview
      4. Expand Default values fieldset
      5. Press Show more...
      6. Set the Email stop field to This email address is disabled
      7. Press Upload users

      Test emailstop field w/o default value

      1. Navigate to Users > Accounts > Upload Users
      2. Upload Users (MDL-40669) 3.csv and press Upload users
      3. Confirm emailstop column not present under Upload users preview
      4. Press Upload users

      Confirm values in database

      Although emailstop was removed from early Moodle 2 versions (MDL-26304) and recently implemented (MDL-30260) to prevent messages from being sent via email to user. Which now can be controlled by the user from block administration > user > messages. It was removed from admin/tool/uploaduser.

      Please consider re-implementing it.
