      Add book resource to course

      Make sure heading size for the page is in hierarchy order.

      Use the following as your guide.
      		 
      <h1> --> course name
      		 
      <h2> --> resource/activity's name
      		 
      <h3>...<h6> --> will depend on the page content.

      1. Create new chapter and sub-chapter
      2. Edit chapter and sub-chapter
      3. Delete chapter and sub-chapter

    Description

      Chapter titles should have h3 and h4 size depending on the level.
      Also Chapter titles on the table of contents block should have the default body font size (14px)
