Handle filtering of accepted_types in skydrive repo

      Prerequesites:

      • Skydrive plugin enabled and with both images and pdf/word files in your skydrive account.

      Test 1:

      1. Go to my private files
      2. Open the file picker and look at the files in your skydrive repo
      3. VERIFY: that you can see all files, both images and pdfs

      Test 2:

      1. Open any TinyMCE
      2. Use the image picker button in tinymce
      3. Pick an image from Skydrive
      4. Make sure only images are displayed

      Follow on from MDL-30740. Fred pointed out that the skydrive plugin is not handling accepted_types correctly

      To replicate:

      1. Open any TinyMCE
      2. Pick an image from Skydrive
      3. Make sure only images are displayed

      This issue is about fixed this and/or handling the general case in core.
