Prerequesites:

Skydrive plugin enabled and with both images and pdf/word files in your skydrive account.

Test 1:

Go to my private files

Open the file picker and look at the files in your skydrive repo

VERIFY: that you can see all files, both images and pdfs

Test 2:

Open any TinyMCE

Use the image picker button in tinymce

Pick an image from Skydrive

Make sure only images are displayed

Follow on from ~~MDL-30740~~. Fred pointed out that the skydrive plugin is not handling accepted_types correctly

This issue is about fixed this and/or handling the general case in core.

MDL-26646 repository::filter should be used by all repostitory plugins
