Activity labels are not visible in course completion reports, when in RTL mode

      1. Switch language to Hebrew (or any RTL language)
      2. Navigate into a course setting and activate "course completion"
      3. Navigate into "Course completion" settings (administration block)
      4. Set course completion on several activities
      5. Add "Course completion" block to the course
      6. Navigate into the "Activity completion report"
      7. You should see a list of users and activities (labels) properly visible on a big table (as seen on the second screen capture)

      Activity labels are not visible in course completion report, when in RTL mode (theme/clean , bootstrap)

      Its a chrome issue with SVG.
      Works fine in Firefox (I do not have an IE to check)

      I am about to propose a hack/fix I used in theme/standard (base)
      use direction:ltr on the svg element. in RTL mode.
