      You'll need a glossary with a few categories and items set up.

      Check that the glossary named is displayed within the glossary and that it is a h2.

      When browsing by alphabet the header for the currently selected letter is a h3.

      The post names should be a h4.

      Browse by category: category name h3, post name h4.

      Browse by date: post name h4.

      Browse by author: author name h3. post name h4.
