Question Instance Report Over Counts Embedded Answer (Cloze) Questions

      1. Create a new course, and create a Cloze question in its question bank.

      2. Go to the question instances report, and get it to show all questions.

      3. Check that your new course is shown as only containing one question.

      1. Create a quiz "Question Instance Test"
      2. Import the attached Embedded Answer question. Make sure that it ends up in the Default category inside the Quiz:Question Instance Test context.
      3. Visit the Question Instances Admin Report and look at the Quiz:Question Instance Test context.
      4. The report will show 4 questions in that context (1 Embedded Answer, 1 Short Answer, 1 Numerical, and 1 Multiple Choice). It should only show 1 Embedded Answer question. The other three are the subparts of the Embedded Answer question provided.
