With clean theme picked...

Switch to RTL mode (Set language to Hebrew or Arabic)

Navigate into your User's profile page (or any other user)

Make sure all labels and data fields are properly right aligned (as seen on the second screen capture https://tracker.moodle.org/secure/attachment/33582/bonfire-screenshot-20130719-172036-162.png)

Repeat the test in LTR to ensure nothing is broken.

Labels should be on the right side and user's data should be on the left side.
Overall, they should be right aligned. (On all screen sizes)
