Testing Instructions:

With Clean theme selected, go to the Clean settings page and add a logo.

Read the instructions regarding the logo. It should refer to div.logo and NOT a.logo as was previously listed. Following these instruction add your custom CSS into the Custom CSS box if required, then SAVE the setting.

Go to any page and verify you see the logo.

Test that when clicking the logo you are no longer returned to the Home page.

Bootstrapbase / Clean theme seems to have rather a lot of home links:

How about the top menu bar link is removed (unless it is required for mobile devices?) and the link area is restricted to the site logo only.
