Show the user's picture in Quiz doesn't show the name of the student

      1. You need two quizzes. One with show user picture set to small, and the other with it set to large.

      2. Preview each quiz, and ensure that you name is shown next to (small) or below (large) you picture.

      Here are the steps in order to reproduce:

      1. As a teacher, create a test
      2. Set the "Show the user's picture" to Yes.
      3. As a student, do the test.
      Result: The picture appears but not the name.

      The description of this function specifies that the NAME and the PICTURE are to be shown. This is clearly not the case. Otherwise, a mouse-over on the picture will show the name of the student.

      This was tested on 2.3.2.
