My organization has recently upgraded all of our servers from 2.4 to 2.5.1 and for the most part everything appears to be working as intended. The main issue that our users have been reporting is the lack of the 'course upload' link in the site administration. This, I believed is tied to the Moodle Hub that we had configured. Out of curiosity I unregistered one of our sites from our internal private Moodle Hub and attempted to re register. I know get the following error when trying to register:

The requested URL /admin/registration/moodlehub.ecpi.net/local/hub/siteregistration.php was not found on this server.

I've seen similar issues online regarding this error message; however, as this was working previously and now it does not after an upgrade...what happened? I've checked all the permissions, etc.
