Breadcrumbs show category when there is only one category

    Description

      In the navigation, when there is only one category of courses (the default being Miscellaneous), the category is hidden from the list of courses. This is a nice simplification.

      At the same time, the breadcrumbs now show the category regardless, which is inconsistent and a bit confusing for all those miscellaneous students out there.
