The unit tests are sufficient to verify this does not cause any regressions.

The only way to test that this change has the desired effect is the install OpenMark, and qbehaviour_opaque and qtype_opaque, and then run the and qbehaviour_opaque. I have done this and can confirm this fix works. I don't think you should waste your time verifying that.
