We have an instructor who is going to use the Q&A forum and will have 12 groups of students. He would like it so that he could create the prompt once and have it displayed to all of the groups so he doesn't have to recreate it for 12 groups x 14 weeks of forums.

His second wish would be for students to be able to rate posts as helpful. For instance, in a questions about the content forum, other students would be able to rate a student reply as helpful or not and/or how helpful.
