filepicker infinite scroll scrolling issues

      1. Resize browser to small window
      2. Open any filemanager (for example private files)
      3. Add a file, choose Wikimedia repository
      4. Search for cat
      5. Observe the vertical scrool bar, it should not be moving
      6. Scroll down, the next page should be autopopulated, the vertical scrollbar moves to indicate this

    Description

      The change in MDL-39851 caused repositories using infinite scroll to be non-usable on small screens. The repository window keeps getting longer and longer and the scroll bar ceases to work correctly.
