Filepicker is broken in IE9

      Test with the standard and clean themes in IE9 and FF:

      1. Visit a course.
      2. Click on 'Restore' under 'Course administration'.
      3. Select 'Choose a file'.
      4. Check that the upload form (and any other repository forms) are displayed inside the file picker - before the fix, these forms were displayed outside the file picker.

      PS: you may find some css glitches reported in MDL-42147.
