      One mobile and desktop browsers

      1. Set atto as the default browser
      2. Edit a course's settings
      3. Ensure the buttons on the atto editor all work and appear within the toolbar area
      4. Swap to Source mode and ensure the dimming of the buttons is enough to indicate they are disabled. (Note, the text area may look messy when swapping between WYSIWYG and Source modes, this is fixed in another issue)
