Atto HTML Editor - Allow open in new window on links.

Edit the course settings page with Atto as the text editor. Enter some text. Select it. Click on the link button. Verify the popup has a checkbox for open in new window (default to off). Enter a url, leave the checkbox unchecked and create the link. Switch to HTML view and verify there is no target for the link. Switch back to normal mode and click somewhere in the link. Click the link button again and verify the url is prepopulated and the checkbox is not checked. Check the checkbox and click create link again. Switch to HTML view and verify there is a target for the link (_blank). Switch back to normal mode and click somewhere in the link. Click the link button again and verify the url is prepopulated and the checkbox is checked.
